Mr. Levitsky has drafted briefs to the Eastern District Court, Court of Appeals and a successful writ to the Louisiana Supreme Court. In the Eastern District, Mr. Levitsky’s writing helped win an important victory against insurance companies trying to exclude plaintiffs’ treatment recommendations from trial.
